What do you actually clean?
When it comes to car seats, strollers, and other items we clean the straps, buckles, fabric, bases, wheels, undercarriage, canopies, cupholders. Essentially, we go all out to ensure your loved ones are sitting and relaxing in a clean, sanitized seat.
When it comes to sports gear, we go all out again! Helmets, pads, mats, and more get steam treatment for a deep-down sanitizing.
Shopping Carts, WE spend extra time on the handles, and child seat areas, but also steam the entire cart from top to bottom.
Public Service vehicles,
POLICE CARS, we steam the "Back Guest Seat" area and Doors and handles
EMS VEHICLES: We steam beds, seating areas, doors, handles, and any other hi-touch areas.
FOOD TRUCKS: We steam prep areas, doors including refrigerators, cabinets, access doors, service windows, door handles, sinks, and faucets. We can steam your Hood filters too.
For other services, see their description for what we clean. Or, just email us.
What day is service performed?
We try to schedule your service on the day you choose at checkout. A member of our team will confirm your day and time slot via email after you make your purchase.
Do you offer same-day service?
Since some requests come at a moment's notice (think explosive diaper), we do offer same-day service for those requests received prior to 11am. Be sure to add it when making your service request.
How long does it take?
Most items can be completely sanitized within one hour. That means: Arrival, detailed, sanitized, dried, and returned
Can you clean my items at an office?
We most certainly can. Especially since your car and child car seat will be sitting in the parking lot all day, there’s no better time for you to get that car seat detailed and sanitized.
Can you clean Items inside a building.
because if the size of our industrial steam machine and being that the boiler runs on diesel we can only use the steam outside. we require a space to park a Pickup truck and a small trailer, we also will require a power outlet.
What time do you return items?
Items are typically serviced on location so you get them back right away.
Can I leave my item(s) outside my door for you to pick up?
Yes–as long as you feel your item(s) will be safeguarded from theft and the elements. We will still need access to power.
Can you leave my item(s) by my door when you return it?
Just like parcel delivery, we can leave your item(s) at your front door, so please ensure someone is home to bring it inside once dropped off. Please indicate whether we should knock or not (just in case your child is sleeping). We are not responsible for any theft or damage after your item is dropped off.
How do you protect my item(s) once cleaned and sanitized?
We wrap and sear your item in a clear plastic bag.
Can you install the car seat for me?
Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions and liability reasons, we do not offer installation of car seats at this time but check out www.safekids.org for installation tips.
Can you remove the car seat for me?
Yes. Removal is free too.
What is “Vomit / Explosive Diaper Treatment Treatment”?
When potty or spit up accidents happen, like explosive diapers or hurling vomit, those fluids tend to leak into the most obscure nooks they can find. A simple removal of the fabric to toss in the washing machine won’t suffice; extra time is required to care for things like this. We always go that extra mile to ensure the removal of those nasty germs in all items we service, but some conditions are simply more challenging than others when it comes to hitting all the nooks and crannies.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only allowed in rare circumstances. If you miss your service time, we’ll simply reschedule you for another day. However, if you miss the second service time your service will be considered completed with the purchase price non-refundable.
Not being satisfied with the service you received is not a reason for a refund; however, it is a reason to give us a negative review. We have a reputation to build and maintain, so please rest assured we go all out to provide stellar service and results in order to earn your recommendation and positive rating. BUT BEFORE you leave a Negative review... PLEASE contact us. We want to try to make you happy first.
We want you to feel comfortable and good about doing business with us. That’s why our services come with the following guarantees:
your item(s) or areas will be handled with care
your item(s) or areas will be sanitized
if you are not satisfied with our service or if we missed a spot, we’ll clean the item or area again for FREE if you let us know right away or contact us within 15 minutes of delivery or completion of service.
Do you guarantee stain removal?
Due to varying circumstances beyond our control, we do not guarantee stain or odor removal. Factors like substance, fabric type, length of time on surface, heat, etc. can affect a stain and set it in the fabric. What we can guarantee is we will spend extra time and effort working to get the stains out and that your item will be sanitized.
Why Stains Can Be Impossible to Get Out
We’ve all been there…Our favorite shirt with a kool-aid spill, red wine on the carpet, or ring around the collar. No matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to get that stain out. It may lighten up a little, but the essence of the stain remains. What can you do?
The simple answer: nothing. Depending on many different factors some stains are as stubborn as the day is long. Following is a non-exhaustive list of why some stains just refuse to budge:
the cause of the stain (i.e. its source: oil, wine, tar, etc.)
the fabric holding the stain
the length of time the source of a stain has been on the fabric
environmental factors that help stains to set like dry heat
methods and equipment used: orbital vs. oscillating floor machine, dry cleaning vs. steam cleaning, etc.
chemicals used to treat
That last one is near and dear to my heart which is why we only use all-natural cleaners like probiotics, plant-based detergents, and steam. If the combination of those three does not do the job, frankly, very few things will–unless you use some harmful chemical. The next question becomes: how important is that stain to your health? Is it worth subjecting yourself and loved ones (especially kids and pets) to chemicals that are known to have serious health consequences? Is it even worth the stress?
You must decide for yourself, but we exist to provide a healthy alternative when it comes to sanitizing and achieving great results.
